The St. Johns River-to-Sea Loop is the longest multi-use loop trail underway through the American Southeast. Large portions of the 260 mile Loop, which extends from the St. John’s River to the Atlantic Ocean and back have been completed and are under construction at this time.

St. Johns River-to-Sea Loop Alliance is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that was formed to advocate for and promote the St. Johns River-to-Sea Loop, a multiuse Florida SUN (Shared Use Non-motorized) Trail. The Alliance is headquartered in DeLand with leadership from Volusia, Brevard, Putnam, St. Johns and Flagler counties. The Alliance assists area governments in development, planning and prioritization of Loop trail construction. The Alliance advances their mission through communication and events that promote environmental protection, cultural and historical awareness of trails and their nearby communities, and promoting local economies while providing health benefits and fitness activities for all.
